Homeostasis @ The Oasis 'REVOLVE' is My discounted monthly membership billing program. There is a 3 month commitment. You will be billed monthly for the time you choose and receive 1 monthly credit. Then schedule yourself online anytime. Additional time and massages can be added for an additional fee but discounted 10%-15% because you're a member! Unused sessions roll over for 6 months then expire. 

Early termination will result in a fee to strongly discourage this.

Exclusions: Add-ons are regular priced. Holiday appointments are full price for members. Extra $25 fee for non-members.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. (There is a short grace period allotted for every session)

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged $50. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

If you are cancelling under 5 hours there's a charge of $75 to discourage this. Please give as much notice as possible. 

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the full price for their “missed” appointment or forfeit their membership credit.

You may Cancel your membership anytime, for any reason. However, Cancellations require 30 days notice by email or text and are effective within 10 business days after the 30 day notice period. Payments due prior to the effective date will be charged as scheduled.  You will have those 30 days to use any remaining sessions. Unfortunately, any unused sessions will be forfeited at time of full cancellation. 

Please Note. There are

 NO REFUNDS

on services rendered or not rendered. If you are not able to receive your service for any reason it will be added to your account credit or it can be gifted.

Please note that holiday services incur an additional fee. Members will pay the difference between their membership price and the regular price, while non-members will be charged an additional $25.

I observe federal holidays, but for convenience many of them I am open.
