I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged $35. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
If you are cancelling under 5 hours there's a charge of $50 to discourage this. Please give as much notice as possible.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the full price for their “missed” appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Homeostasis @ The Oasis (REVOLVE Program) is my monthly membership billing program. After signing up you will be billed monthly for the amount of massage time you choose. Then you can easily schedule one massage online anytime without any additional cost. Additional time or add-ons can be added at an additional cost. All Unused sessions roll over and unlimited additional massages or upgrades can be added to any time with 10% OFF! PLUS you can share your membership with one other person!
I reserve the right to revoke membership at any time for misconduct. You will be responsible for payment in full upon revocation of membership. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time upon reasonable notice. Should prices increase, you have the right to cancel membership without penalty during initial period following cancellation guidelines as described below.
You may Cancel your membership anytime for any reason, however Cancellations require 30 days notice or email and are effective within 10 business days after the 30 day notice period. Payments due prior to the effective date will be charged as scheduled. You will have those 30 days to use any remaining sessions. Unfortunately, any unused sessions will be lost at time of full cancellation.

If through no fault of ours, your payment account does not contain sufficient funds to complete the transaction, or your payment account or credit card does not otherwise permit the transaction to be executed, you will be charged a $35 insufficient funds fee. I will contact you to update your account with a working payment method.
Please Note. There are
NO REFUNDS
on services rendered or not rendered. If you are not able to receive your service for any reason it will be added to your account credit or it can be gifted.
